Thank yous to the companies and people who have helped / are helping me through this project
My first thanks has to go to Games Workshop. If it weren’t for them, this wouldn’t even be a project to begin with!
My next thanks goes to Angora (from the WargamerAU forums) who is responsible for sculpting the backpack vents, terminator shoulder pads and the veteran helmets. Without these I would just have another chapter that looks like every other marine.
Next up is Eureka Miniatures. These guys are responsible for casting and producing the quantity of the parts that Angora sculpted for the project.
I’d really like to thank Harder & Steenbeck for manufacturing such a wonderful airbrush. There is no way I’d have gotten as far as I have without it. I highly recommend their brand of airbrush based on my experience with them.
I’d like to thank a bunch of my friends for the continued moral support and encouragement they have been providing me throughout the project. More importantly, I’d like to thank them for putting up with the constant minor questions, progress updates and what not I barrage them with 😛
– Ben Zagami
– Jake Kroker
– Dal Kimber
– Adam Vearing
– Jeremy O’Kell
– Jason Miller
– Mick Tonks (particularly for his generous donation of a land speeder to complete the land speeder contingent for the chapter)
And thanks to everyone else who’s been supportive. I won’t put anyone’s names up here without their permission first, but they know who they are 🙂
I’d also like to thank both the WargamerAU community and the ACT Wargamers group on Facebook for putting up with more of the same really 😛
I’d especially like to thank my wife who, even though she doesn’t comprehend why I’m doing this, is still very supportive.
